BENEFITS OF COACHING
1. Enhance Self-Awareness
Through various assessments and reflective exercises, you’ll gain insights into your strengths, values, and challenges. Developing self-awareness allows us to align our actions and decisions with our authentic self, which leads to more effective relationships.
2. Improve Relationship Intelligence (RQ)
Expanding our understanding of how the brain works and how emotions impact behavior empowers us to self-regulate. By learning techniques to regulate and manage emotions, we can enhance emotional intelligence, and cultivate improved interpersonal relationships.
3. Refine Decision-Making Skills
By understanding how our brain processes information, we can overcome cognitive limitations and make more rational, strategic choices. This helps us navigate complex situations and make better decisions that align with our values and goals.
4. Grow Well-Being and Resilience
The ThirtySpoke approach focuses on overall well-being for work-life balance. This enables us to better handle challenges, maintain focus, and move forward with a positive mindset.
5. Iterate to High Performance
When we understand the neuroscience behind why we do what we do, we discover our motives and intents and can take proactive steps for success.
THIRTYSPOKE BIG PICTURE
The better we consistently choose positive choices for a holistic approach to living that add up over time, then the better our chances of experiencing sustainable balance and harmony in our wheel of relationships in life.
Coaches champion this ongoing process. In the end, our bodies and minds hold us accountable for our choices.

Description of Coaching
Coaching is a partnership between the Coach and Client in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires maximizing personal and professional potential.
Although it is not a legally binding relationship, coaching is designed to facilitate the creation and development of personal and / or professional goals; and to develop and carry out a strategy and action plan for achieving those goals with accountability in mind.
Coach-Client Relationship
A. The Coach agrees to maintain the ICF’s ethics and standards of behavior.
B. The Client is solely responsible for creating and implementing their own physical, mental, and emotional well-being, decisions, choices, actions, and results arising from the coaching relationship with the Coach. The Client agrees that the Coach is not and will not be liable or responsible for any actions or inaction, or for any direct or indirect result of any services provided by the Coach.
C. The Client further acknowledges that they may terminate or discontinue the coaching relationship at any time.
D. The Client acknowledges that coaching is a comprehensive process that may involve different areas of their life, including work, finances, health, relationships, education, and recreation. The Client agrees that deciding how to handle these issues, incorporating coaching principles into those areas, and implementing choices is exclusively the Client’s responsibility.
E. The Client acknowledges coaching is not a replacement or substitute for counseling, psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, mental health care, substance abuse treatment, or other professional advice by legal, medical, or other qualified professionals.
The Client understands it is their exclusive responsibility to seek such independent professional guidance as needed.
The Client acknowledges that coaching does not involve the diagnosis or treatment of mental disorders as defined by the American Psychiatric Association.
If the Client is currently under the care of a mental health professional, it is recommended that the Client promptly inform the mental health care provider of the nature and extent of the coaching relationship agreed upon by the Client and the Coach.
Coaching is not intended to prevent, cure, or treat any mental disorder or medical disease. Please contact your medical, therapy, or counseling provider(s) for these services.
F. The Client understands that in order to enhance the coaching relationship, they agree to: communicate honestly; maintain an openness to feedback; and create the time, energy, and space to participate fully in the program.
